The LP540 delivers the durability of an Airlessco, in three frame styles designed to suit the needs of the professional painter.
The compact carry-frame, is well-balanced for easy carrying, made of triple chrome plated steel and is literally sturdy enough to stand on. The LoBoy style frame offers roll-along convenience, a built-in rack for your hose, yet remains very compact and easy to store and transport. The HiBoy frame offers direct immersion of the paint pick-up tube and the ability to carry a 5 gallon bucket with it when you need to relocate the sprayer during a job.
The heart of any contractor sprayer is the pump, and the durability of the LP pump is legendary amongst pro painters.
The LP 540 Series sprayers are powered by a dependable .8HP, fan-cooled, totally enclosed DC motor that's covered by a *Lifetime Guarantee.
Featuring Airlessco’s patented externally adjustable packing system, and the oversized “Slow-Stroking” hardened stainless steel piston, it’s the only packing system that has external adjustment of upper and lower packings. No getting stuck on the job with blown packings and a sprayer full of paint!
